In order to engage with people, (especially rough sleepers), who may have visual impairment, (and to strive to comply with DDA - Disabilities Discrimination Act), we are beginning to produce our resource and contact material in other formats, including audio. To embrace this, we are using audio/visual animation on our Message Board, our web pages, Podcasts and Blogs through SitePal.
